| Using My Schedule, people can create a personalized itinerary directly from their own desktops prior to the event, and add or revise information throughout the event. The itinerary may be shared with team leaders and managers within an enterprise before the event to inform decision-makers and avoid conflicts. |

| The My Schedule planning tool may be used to search and browse through the complete U.S. Symposium/ITxpo 99 agenda, and create a personal schedule by adding sessions of interest. During the event, attendees can continually update their schedules, adding personal items such as dinners, sales meetings and events. |
| A new feature that will soon be available on GartnerGroup's ITxpo Online will offer virtual previews of exhibitor booths so attendees can plan their booth tours with My Schedule. My Schedule will also be accessible at interactive kiosks during U.S. Symposium/ITxpo, so that attendees on the run can view, edit and print My Schedule throughout the event. |
